No worries. We have a new option for you.
We have a new class at MCCF SH for those who want to reach that fitness end of the spectrum, but maybe are not ready to join our regular group classes.
Here is what we have…..
Every Saturday at 10:00am we will have Crossfit Lite. This class will be composed of mostly body weight exercises with introductions to Kettlebell movements, Box movements, and Dumbbell movements. You do not have to be a member to attend these classes. No worries about being a beginner or out of shape. We are here to help you change that. All you need to do is complete our online waiver, which is found on the right hand side of our webpage in red font, and show up a few minutes early to one of our scheduled class times.

Drop-In Class – $10.00
2 Months Classes – $65.00
